An interesting scientific contribution on the topic of harassment in the workplace with a focus on gender differences in perception.

The researchers analysed the gender differences and the gender gap in perceived harassment in the workplace. It was found that despite large regional differences, women are more likely than men to perceive harassment in the workplace in most countries. The likelihood of this is higher in countries that score well on equality measures.
